Innumeris Academic Coordinator Awarded PhD Grant!

We at Innumeris would like to congratulate our newly appointed Academic Coordinator Courteney on being awarded a full grant to commence her PhD studies at Maynooth University. Her PhD will focus largely on Mesenchymal Stromal Cell research, after focusing on projects of that sort during her undergraduate degree.

Courteney has been a core member of Innumeris since its creation back in August 2020. She started off as an mentor at Innumeris and then later became a lead mentor. She was recently appointed the Academic Coordinator of programme, where she will now lead the overall academic curriculum as a whole for students and athletes.

Courteney is a Biomedical Science graduate of Maynooth University and was a proud recipient of the HRB student research scholarship for the year of 2021. At Maynooth, she acted as the Bioscience academic representative, functioning as a link between staff and students over the course of 2019/20. She was also an active member of the Maynooth University 'Women in STEM' society. We all at Innumeris are delighted for her and wish her the best of the luck with her studies and her new role at Innumeris!
